By working with experience agents, mortgage lenders and a host of other professional people, we will avoid the speed bumps of buying until you hold the key to your dream home. We will consider financing options, the wisdom of home inspections and home protection plans. We will develop a concrete picture of what elements are necessary to your new home and what parts might be optional. From there I will aid you in the search for the best properties to view. Next, you make the all-important, final decision to submit an offer on your final choice. Once we have an accepted offer, I take most of the stress of deadlines off of you. My background: I grew up in rural central Wisconsin. It is there I learned the value of hard work, family, country and community. As a student I always put forth my best effort, especially in the arts. I was fortunate to graduate near the top of my class in high school and chose the Hairdressing service industry because I found I could use my design talents to please people. I graduated from the American Beauty College in Eau Claire. My love for helping people led to owning and operating a salon business in Wausau, WI for nearly a decade. As a business owner, I realized that truly caring about and serving people comes back to you in so many personal ways. My employees and many of my clients became good friends.
After relocating to the Green Bay area 18 years ago, I earned an Interdisciplinary Degree from UW Green Bay with an emphasis in Business Economics and Marketing. Before graduation, I was honored to receive the Chancellor’s Medallion for Academic Excellence and Community Service. After graduation, I worked in the Health Insurance industry as the Claims Administrator for a local agency. However, my love for marketing, architecture and design led me to Real Estate. Currently, in our community, I serve as a volunteer for the Coldwell Banker Grants Committee, where I help to choose 501(c)3 charitable organizations for grants provided by our fundraising efforts. I am also an active member of my church.
My passion for helping people along with my marketing and organizational skills, have prepared me to do the best possible job for all your real estate needs.
